Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination within the United States.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout but generally range from 3–7 business days after processing.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, high-volume seasons, or unforeseen circumstances. These are outside our control.
Lone Star Peppers is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.

Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped FOB (Free on Board) origin, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is handed to the carrier.
